Split Camera: Photo Effects lets you combine photos on your phone to create picture stories.
Split Camera: Photo Effects allows you to take a series of photos through the app, which can then be individually edited before saving as one image file. You can apply frames, add Instagram-style effects, and add text to each 'frame' in your story (there's no way to auto apply the same style to each, unfortunately).
The resulting photo stories can look great but the app is a bit rough around the edges.
